By posting any content on our forum, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Australian Private Investigators Network Inc and its current and former committee members, consultants, and agents, if any, from and against any and all third party claims, demands, fines, penalties, damages, liabilities, costs, fees, expenses, or amounts, of any kind or nature whatsoever, including, without limitation, lawyers' fees, arising or resulting from or in connection with your breach of the foregoing representations and warranties to APIN.

The webmaster, administrators and moderators of this forum are charged with preserving the integrity of the forum content. Editing, deleting content and locking a thread against further entries may become necessary. If so it will be done at the discretion of the webmaster, administrators and moderators when they judge the forum Code of Conduct has been violated. All violators against the Code of Conduct or the Terms and Conditions may be removed from the forum and membership of APIN terminated.
